PNW Force Naval 10U and Birklid 12U battled their hearts out in the USSSA Hearts and Diamonds tournament at the hub in Centralia.

12U Birklid kicked off the tournament with two solid wins with a combined score of 16-3. They closed out pool play against a great team out of BC and ended up as a top seed in the Silver Bracket. They won a tight game in first round to advance to the championship. They ran out of steam against a 12A team, but we are proud of them ending as the Silver Bracket runner up.

In the 10U division, Naval 10U started off a little sluggish losing their first two pool play games. They fought back and won a one run game to also earn a spot in the Silver Bracket. Similar to Birklid, Naval won their first game to advance to the finals. But in a very entertaining game, Naval 10U came up short, finishing as the runner up in the Silver Bracket.
