Force was spread out again this weekend from Lacey down to Kelso, WA. NW Illusion hosted 12U Rich and 10U Meyers at the Kelso Turf Classic with USA Softball. 12U Birklid was playing locally in Lacey at the USSSA Space Coast World Series.

In Kelso, PNW Force Meyers 10A were highly focused after losing their first 10U game of the season last tournament. They flexed their muscles scoring 45 runs and giving up zero. They went 4-0 and won the Gold Bracket Championship.

Force 12A Rich put on a show themselves. After tieing the first game 2-2, won the next two to set up chance at the championship. In the final, it was a close game going back and forth until Rich put up 5 runs in the top of the 5th to seal the win and the Gold Bracket Championship.

At the Space Coast World Series, Birklid 12U started off slow losing their first two pool play games, but worked hard to win their third game to earn a spot in the silver bracket. On Sunday, Birklid came out strong to win their first bracket play game. They fell to the eventual bracket champions in the semifinals.
